try doing ocmplexes if you want to work more endurance.
then you can do a variety of things...
like 5 reps of each exercise without putting the bar down:
a1) hang clean
a2) front squat
a3) power jerk
a4) clean pull

Is the main purpose of a complex to hammer technique while condition yourself at the same time?? What other functions might they have/?
