try doing ocmplexes if you want to work more endurance.

then you can do a variety of things...

like 5 reps of each exercise without putting the bar down:
a1) hang clean
a2) front squat
a3) power jerk
a4) clean pull
 
Why would I try something that makes no sense?

Have a sense of adventure.

Why not try that routine once and then make an objective comparison to other forms of conditioning.

Because, it makes no sense. I can't justify it in my training or the training of others. So I don't do it. Certain exercises (like olympic lifts; like plyos) have certian uses and they lend themselves very well to those modalities. this is not one of them.
 
I plan on doing this next session. I'll print out your avatar and tape it to the wall for motivation :)

I like the idea of adding in more movements in series. I will incorporate that later.

yea, complexes are tough.

Is the main purpose of a complex to hammer technique while condition yourself at the same time?? What other functions might they have/?

Yeah, I have done a complex like that. It went like this:

5 reps each of the following (Done in succession, so complete all 5 reps on the first before going to the next):

Hang power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Deadlift
Romanian deadlift
Bent row

That shit is killer. I only used 95 pounds, and it fucking floors me.
