Any online trainers here? I'm currently with a personal trainer in my gym but he is just too dang expensive. I've been with him for two months and have made some great strides - and I do l really like him, just can't afford him right now.
I'm planning on a figure competition so I would need someone with experience with competitors but I'm willing to consider others.
