Order problems with Naps

I opened a ticket with Naps just two days ago asking what the status of my order was. The site est. time was still two days away. A rep got back to me within 24 hours and, more or less, asked me to give them a few more days due to the holidays.

Well, here I am with my order in hand.


I'd like to thank Napsgear for coming through and delivering an accurate and on time service!

I know there are a few people still waiting for their gear. I read all of the threads and decided to just wait. Naps came through and delivered.

I'll keep you guys posted as to my results.

thats awesome guys, i'm in the same boat right now, its been 30 days, i recieved my first package 10 days ago. I hear nothing but great things about naps. I'm sure its just delayed shipping. i really hope i didn't get seized, but i havent recieved a letter.

I am glad to here they are starting to filter in there is allot of chatter about orders not arriving on time, but I guess you know us impatient Americans, we want it like the same day. But this isn't Amazon so it's not gonna be here on that kind of schedule. Also don't forget Federal holiday Monday so no mail service.

Also, I'm not going to post the TA time due to not wanting to give out any info. But I can say this... The delivery time was EXACT to the day that the website estimated when I ordered. I'm sure that that was coincident but it should give everyone a good idea of how long I waited.

estimated delivery is 21 business days (over a month) anyways isnt it? keep opening up tickets and get a tracking number perhaps

Heres what I did to get mine...Are you placing the status of the ticket as "Critical"? if not try that lol I did that and got mine with 9 days left on ticker tracking number still hasn't been updated.
