First off I'd like to say I don't give a rats ass what you think and don't care to argue with you if you were of any importance I'd post it on here for ya I stated my experience that's all I have emails with dates on them and can clearly count the days from time it was sent and replied. Why would lie about it and if it weren't true then how could've I gotten my money back then I'd be claiming I was screwed. Its good to hear ya'll had a different experience I didn't and that's what I stated I'm sure they don't do everyone like this or they wouldn't be here

My tickets have been replied within the same day to the latest of the next day. GXR64 has always got back to me asap with in the next day. Thats during the holidays.. I have placed 3 orders so far within the last month, very fast for me.. My buddy has had great service as well.. I guess its the luck of the drawl.. I rather pay these prices then have to pay street value.. so the wait , if any is worth it to me as alll products ever ordered do come through. thats my two cents.

So what exactly happened ?
 
I put my first order in mid December and havent gotten it yet I'm being patient too. I'm just hoping it gets here tomorrow,Saturday or Monday do to me wanting to start this cycle on Monday if not imgoing to have to wait till April do to some traveling I will be doing which sucks. Beggers can't be choosers when were dealing with merchandise that is of this nature things happen but in all reality everyone gets their merchandise froms naps so dont worry.
 
ya, i posted the 7 day thing because it was my frist time ordering myself smarty. i just didnt know if they updated the status or what not??? my advice is to lay off the gear as you cant control emotions even when not cycling ;)

Keep in mind everyone that on the site it states 21 days from time of shipping so if it ships on the 1st expect it around the 22nd then start wondering and hitting me up.

have to wonder why they dont ship using brown though?? it would be a 6 day turnaround, any input on this?
 
maybe saturday but that is all i would count for business days, sundays i know nothing moves but it does on saturdays.
 
Well my friend ordered same time I did. Even sent w.u. out same time he got his pack today, I didn't ;/ were practicality neighbors. Any input
 
blame it on black magic....idk the shipping company can be dumb that is the best i can do since i dont have exact access to orders and stuff. Sorry bro. Steal your friends gear lol.

22 days and waiting.. I'm in the same boat lol. But I've heard nothing but good things about them. It's my 1st time using them so my anxiety is high.. but it comes with the territory..
 
holidays slowed shit way down and that includes even domestic orders, i order something from a supps store and it took longer than normal for the same method as here due to the increase in packages moving around in the system.
 
Yea been 30 days for me nothing yet, But do respect that it is holidays and things get backed up, but im starting to worry cause i couldent get a tracking number from them. Alot of good things i heard from bros so i dont want to sound like im inpatient but i am certainly getting worried!

ya, waiting sure sucks! but it comes with the territory. i wasnt worried until today when i seen naps site is down ;(
 
tomorrow marks 27 days no package or letter, i requested tracking info on both orders i placed, and got a reply of "you'll know in a day or two when i get updated files" well its been 3 days and still no tracking. i understand whats being ordered, and we just went through holiday season and all but wheres the customer service? sucks not knowing where 1k is. and i read a thread on here where gxr had mentioned they offer express shipping to the us but i had spoke with an online rep and they said no...whos right?? so i know for future orders if i decide to order again

First off let me say my bad on the express option, I was under the impression that was still an option for those of us accross the pond but its not now so that is my bad. Secondly guys dont think there is one huge place sending all this. For security there are multiple which explains the wait on getting your tracking. Hit up your ticket again and ask for tracking if that fails hit me up and i will go digging.
 
btw for all please remember naps has no control over the postal system and there slow asses but i am here to help if i can.
