ok i was doing squats tonight and i wasnt doing a lot of weight, just a medium weight (155, im not that big and havent been doing legs as long as my upper body), and i went down, and at the bottom i felt a really sharp pain in my very lower abdomen, about 1" above my di** and a little on the left side of center. i thought it was my pants bunching up so i went back up and put the bar back up. i readjusted my pants, and tried again. again, the same pain. so i stopped and let my partner do his set. then i tried one last time, did two, then on the third, it just hurt like a mother f*cker. it felt like someone was taking a ballpoint pen and just jamming it in my skin. so we went onto shrugs and i was fine doing that, even doing 225. finished up there and went to leg extensions, but i felt it again and had to stop. for the rest of the night i managed to do fine with the arnold press and my other shoulder excercises but stayed away from the leg excercises. any idea what happened? my dad recently had a triple hernia so im kinda freaked that i might have one, but also i might have just pulled a muscle. can anyone help me out? what do you think?
