I train at Gold's Gym and I have an MMA/Boxing background.
I train very P90X/Insanity'ish
Here's an Example:
This is an example of a lower body day. It is in rounds, each round is 5 minutes long, straight through with no rest time in between exercises. Each interval is 30 seconds long. And then they get 2 minutes rest, then another round and so on....
Looks kinda like this:
Round 1:
30 Seconds Medicine Ball raise and squat
30 Seconds hold medicine ball above te head and squat
30 seconds jump squats
30 seconds bootstrappers
30 seconds box jumps
30 seconds Jump Lunges
30 seconds side to side lateral jumps over a line
30 seconds bootstrappers
30 seconds one-legged squats hoding onto hurdles to keep balance (Right leg)
30 seconds one-legged squats hoding onto hurdles to keep balance (Left leg)
and that's 1 round. All in all 5 minutes. It sunds pretty easy but it's ROUGH!
