right now i am currently on a cutting diet - doesn't seem anyone in here includes pasta in their diet. I was just wondering why. and if pasta is OK - what kind of pasta could i eat and what type of sauce could i eat it with?

I also don't rinse it fully after It's done it makes it hold allot more flavor.
LAM said:pasta is a processed carbohydrate. food items like whole grain rice, oats, beans, lentils, etc. are far superior. they are all natural, provdie more vitamins, minerals and have more fiber making them lower on the GI scale.
I might eat pasta once a month
