First off, don't use oil. I watch Foot Network all the time and you know this. The main reason pasta sticks is this ........ CHEAP PASTA STICKS ! Buy a high quality pasta brand like Barilla and you should be fine. Pasta can also stick for 3 reasons - being overcooked, not being stirred while cooking, and drying too long together. Bring the water to a boil, add a little salt to the boiling water, then add the pasta. Stir it once a minute for the first 3 minutes and one every few minutes after that. Stir lightly, no reason to kill the pasta. Once it has cooked properly, just drain, don't rinse. It messes with the natural starches that are being released while cooking. Only drain in cold water if you are using the pasta for pasta salad. Hope this helps ! = )

my mom also bake pasta i love to eat that now ill also try your recipe.thanks

I can't help but rinse in cold water, sorry. All those years working in Italian restaurants has me conditioned. It stops the pasta sticking also and keeps it al dente. Otherwise it will continue to cook itself.

Its very easy process to prepare yummy pasta. I will try it today itself.
