Meal 2:2 oatmeal cookies, 2slices whole wheat veggie pizza(homemade)
Meal 3:Whey protein shake.
Meal 4:Creatine, whole wheat sandwhich turkey breast, chicken.
Meal 5:turkey, brown rice,soup with tiny meatballs.
Meal 6:Whey protein shake,1 bananna.
