pinned in the quad for the first time

Your rectus femoris has a shit load of muscle tissues--feathered --around the vastus laterlis. There's also thinner skin around the quad. There's a lot safer places without going into the pain issue as well

I remember my first quad shot, it was way too low(for me anyways) was limped for a good healthy week......now, I hover in the middle-outer areas and its fine.....for me its the most convenient place.....
 
I had pain the fist 2 quad injection and now little to none. It gets better I promise. I figured out going high and to the side helped me a lot

I made the mistake of making my first pin ever into my quad and yea for me it was a mistake, could barely walk after and wasn't as excited about the coming months haha. Even now I still tend to avoid my quads, VG and delts are the way to go for me. I've never had pain or been sore from a VG pin, even the first one.
 
My first pin did that in both legs but after first ones was g2g

But my pain was more down by my knees
Now I only pin quads though I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
 
I think it differs from individual to individual like everything else. I quit pinning my quads because I was getting PIP quite a bit. I heard on HMR the density of the muscles in the quads makes it more likely to give you pain, abscess, etc. I just rotate shoulders and lats, occasionally my glutes. Lats being the best spot imo.

did u have pip when u first started pinning lats. how much oil can 1 lat hold.. what needle do u use for both of those

I dare you to take a microscopic slide of muscle from a delt, a glute and anywhere on the quads and figure out which is which based on density

Quads are a big hit or big miss area. .either it was great or you neva eva eva eva want to pin there again lol

I have never had PIP in my lats. I don't really know how much oil 1 lat can hold, but I do 2mL at a time quite often and it's fine. I use 23g one inch pins on everything oil.

its a big muscle so i figured it could hold more than 1 ml but i was not sure... im gunna give it a try ... all i have right now is 23g 1.5 but ill see how it goes with that

ugh I am such a puss I have only pinned my glutes but its hard as crap to reach now I have to aspirate and do everything one handed looking in the mirror . Quads and delts are my next choices when I finally do a tren A cycle scared and excited

What I think helps so much with the lat pinning is the ease at which you can massage the muscle after pinning. It is always a good idea to massage the area, any area, right after pinning to help disperse the oil some. At least that is what I was told by my HRT rep. The lat tissue is softer, at least on me it is, and I feel that it easily disperses. You can really move around the tissue in your lats as opposed to quads and glutes, and even shoulders where the muscle is thicker and harder.

I only pinned quads rotating legs and sites for 2 years. At first my legs got red and swollen as fuck but no issues other than that
