Please Help me... Anyone

So, im 29 years old, 6' 230 lbs. Spent 8 years in the Army, 4 years powerlifting, and several years doing random sports to include 2 years semi pro football. I am now heavily into Crossfit (I know I know...SMH).

I have struggled my entire life with my weight. Lifestyle changes, diets (everything from starving, to eating EXTREMELY CLEAN, to 5 protein shakes and 1 meal a day kinda dieting). And nothing really works for me. I have been able to improve my physique but not nearly what I want. (always have the pouch on lower abdomen, minimal definition in arms and chest etc....

Im currently doing 3 Syntha6 protein shakes throughout the day, with salad and chickena t lunch, adn fish with broccoli for dinner. Diet is hard for me so yeah I cheat every other day realistically, but I try to limit the best I can (no sodas)

I have recently started Crossfit extremely hard 6 days a week and saw my weight drop quickly and gaines in all of my lifts... (here is where the problem starts) 2 of my brother in laws are hard core Body builders and were talking one day and I over heard... next thing you know Im got 300 E test and im using twice a week. WOW HUGE GAINS!!!! Bench went up 65 lbs in 4 weeks every other lift (Squats, snatch, etc skyrocketed) I was super impressed (joints took a beating but results were great) My chest got huge, I finally saw lats, delts, and my abdomen was trimming down a lot (still ahd the pouch). the only thing I didnt like was the bloating I had (My weight jumped from 220 at the time to 242 (WTF!!!!! didnt know that would happen.) So I read up a little bit and told them next time I wanted to try winstrol (supposed to help me cut right???)...... BAD IDEA.

So now I am 14 days removed from Test, and 8 days into 50mg Win every other day. I feel like crap, the tops of my buttcheeks hurt like hell (can barely sit), im always tired, and i feel like I have shrunk down, lost all of my muscle and am fat again.... Please someone advise me here cause im feeling pretty shitty right now...

Please dont say "get off everything and chill out" I want to move forward, I want to progress, I want to get the physique Ive never had. I felt like a KING on Test...but the bloat and weight sucked... is there something that can give me the results without the bloat?

You need test in your system for normal mood/libido/cognitive function etc

You have to run an ai with test to keep estrogen down and prevent bloating as much as possible, next comes high water intake and low sodium which will also help immensely.
 
Dude the answer is simple.... you want to look good and make gain but don't want that bloat!? Test Prop 100mg ED or 150mg EOD, use HCG when your boys start to drop off and a solid AI. No bloat no raisin balls and plenty of change and gains.

Your to picky imo for someone just starting, you sound like my girl friend. AAS is buffet of great compounds, try them all in time and figure out what you like. This negativity you have toward your gains and physique is probably why you cheat so much on diet. Just my 2 cents man I use to be the same way.
 
I agree with big mike, i think pinning twice a week is appealing to a new user but test prop is really better if water retention bothers you that much. Just my opinion I think if you used an ai and cleaned up your diet, and drank a lot more water it wouldn't be as much of an issue but there are plenty of other things you can try. just remember to run at least a small amount of test in every cycle and to always use an ai, do proper pct and time off between cycles etc and always be researching everything you do

As for the AI, If I use Nolvadex while im on Test, when I cycle off can I continue to use the nolvadex as my inhibitor to balance out my levels? or will it be ineffective since I am already used to it?
 
Use Letro while on it faster acting or Aromasin. Not to sure Tamoxifen is going to keep bloat down, it will keep you nipples from getting puffy or soar tho.

Hit it like this:
100mg Test prop EOD
500iu HCG Twice a Week (for cost saek wait till like week 5 or 6 to start using it, if cost is not a factor go all the way)
.5-1mg Adex (My choice, there are several options and Letro tends to work faster)

Post Cycle:
CLomid 50mg ED
Triptorelin Shot (love this shit)

Very simple man, get stocked up on Eggs I meen buy them bitches 5 dozen at a time. A 10lb bag of chicken, some broccoli, and oatmeal. Eat sensible portions of those foods for a 8-10 week cycle and you'll thank me when you recomp hard.

Less water you drink the more your body wants to store, drink a gallon a day and you'll stay pretty dry with a good ai. Sodium and carb intake will also cause water retention, avoid sodium and pre prepared processed foods altogether as they're always loaded with it.

Nolvadex is a serm not an ai, google the two and it'll explain the difference. Nolva will prevent Gyno but an ai like arimidex or aromasin is preferred for on cycle. Serms are for pct and emergency Gyno prevention in case of too little or bunk ai.

Hcg simulates luteinizing hormone, which stimulates the testes to produce testosterone. Preventing complete testicular shutdown on cycle makes recovery during pct much easier. 500iu twice a week is ideal IMO, it must be kept refrigerated once mixed with bacteriostatic water, but when ready to inject you can just mix it with your test.
 
Big mikes layout is good, I don't like letro because it fucks with my libido if I take too much and it's very easy to do. Arimidex works really well for me too @.25mg a day, also been using formeron lately which I like a lot. Aromasin is another alternative but more expensive, perfect addition to pct but I prefer arimidex on cycle mostly because of cost.
 
yeah these guys got it right basically you shut your body down and then started taking whinny which I would personally never take by its self(or at all unless 10% bf or lower just my personal opinion). I dont think its strong enough for a man cause it will keep you shut down and not give you enough test. I would try the AI as reconmended. and they are right prop should have less water retention but (depending on the person) it can comes with more pip. but get on aromasin or adex. I personally like suicide inhibitors because there is no rebound and I dont know how effective nolva is against water retention.

As far as diet I found that eating small meals 6 times a day really helps. Right now your body is going to be trying to hang on the the calories your giving it cause it knows it could be a while before it gets something substantial. You need to try to change your metabolism. I eat as much steamed broccoli asparagus brussel sprouts ect. Then with the meals chicken breast or tilapia with a little bit of sesame or mac oil. I also eat about a cup of brown rice or whole wheat pasta but you will want to watch how much carbs you take in. 6-8 egg whites makes a great b-fast. not saying it will work just what I found to work. starving your self will only make things worse in the long run.

Also you could look into peptides. They could really help lose some weight and you dont have to worry about to many sides.
 
I am so sorry injectable winny was what you ended up using! I did a winstrol only cycle years ago and it destroyed my joints. I will never take that shit again unless I'm prepping for a contest and confident in my lower back. That and the fact that I find even prop painful, I couldn't imagine pinning water based winny! Anyway, here's some good news. Sides and gains in your first cycle come harder than any other with the same compound/dosage. Bad news is, more winstrol is going to make those joints even worse. You can drink the injectable winstrol instead of pinning it. I wouldn't though..honestly I wouldn't use winstrol for anything. Tren is a much better cutter and is easier on your joints. EQ will lean you out if you have real EQ (often faked, look for a leather/shoe polish smell to the oil). Masteron is easier on the joints and liver and is good for the libido.

If I were you, I would get off this winstrol for now. You can't base a cycle on it, IMO It is just not good for you, but if you decide you like it you can use it later, let e explain. Consider a cycle of test, masteron and ephedra next. Make it a CUT cycle and only a cut cycle. The lower your body fat % is the better you will respond to gear. More gains less sides, and you will look better. Masteron and ephedra both help with bloat, both burn fat. Try 500 test and either 350 masteron prop or 400 masteron enanthate, and start with 25mg per day ephedrine and bump it up to 50 if you can handle it. If you find that the bloat is too much, reduce test or increase masteron, but you should be fine providing you have legit products.

Don't believe anything you hear about masteron being useless when you have high bodyfat. Although you will see all of its effects when you are lean, at a high bodyfat % you won't be able to handle much test without massive estrogen sides and masteron will help. And I can not stress this enough...CUT first!!
 
Wow... I tried drinking LESS water to stop the bloating.... I really appreciate the help guys.

I drink at a minimum 1 gallon of water each day and take armidex for an AI to keep from bloating. As many have said though Test P shorter ester will help a lot just more pinning
 
I would seriously consider doing some research and decide what you really want to accomplish. Once you've made a decision HIRE SOMEONE so the guess work is eliminated.

EVERYTHING comes down to diet, and it seems like you don't have a very good grasp on it (I struggle with it also, and it's taken years to figure out but I still have some issues).

^^^^^this. I have spent alot of money on gear and gotten ok results. I finally bit the bullet and hired a nutritionist. Holy shit, what a difference. I have dropped an incredible amount of bodyfat and kept all my muscle (test/tren helps...lol.)
I will be hiring him again to put me together a bulk diet in Nov.

Dude, you need to step back and spend some time researching. First of all there is a lot of basic cycle stuff in the stickies - read up on the "First cycle" stuff and just spend a lot of time reading about the different compounds.

But even more fundamental than that is your diet. Steroids are only going to be as good as the diet that they are supporting - note the cycle supports the diet, not the diet supports the cycle.

You're doing 3 shakes and 2 real food meals. Your shakes are 15 g of carb per serving and no complex carbs listed in your 2 real meals. And you're now hardcore heavy into Crossfit? What exactly is fueling the Crossfit energy demands? You're not loading fats and w/ next to no carbs, what is your total calorie intake? I expect you're underfeeding and you're going to hit a wall at some point w/ the crossfit energy demands. You may also be prompted to cheat more because your total intake is very low and none of it really sustaining (meaning slower digestion). At the most basic level you need to fuel your body for the energy demands you put on it. Crossfit is brutal in terms of burst energy demand. You're only consuming something like 45 g of carbs / day (w/o the cheats) which is borderline keto diet, but it isn't low enough to be keto and you're not replacing the calories you probably need w/ fats, as you would if you truly intended to follow a ketogenic diet. Further, if you're not providing either ketones or complex carbs for your body to run on, its going to start metabolizing muscle.

My suggestion is to revisit your total cal intake relative to your energy demands, either cut back on the shakes and add in more real food, or just simply add in more carbs, and IMO you need some additional fats regardless. Easy ways to accomplish this are to put oats in your morning protein shake, include oats, rice or a potato w/ one of your real food meals, use some good quality red meat w/ a little fat in it, etc. I expect you'll find even better gains.

First mistake was 6 weeks of test. Gotta run it at least 8 preferably 10 to 12. So yeah now your running low on your natural test production and going with a weak oral steroid in winstrol . Do a real cycle, do a real pct. Fuck the water retention, run an AI.

Also get the diet in check. I that's 70 percent of it. IMO.

Get back on Test E at 1,000mg/ml. and get LARGE!
