Serious question. Ive gained 15 lbs in a month. I'm 5'9", weight 224 lbs and have a 33.1% BMI.

Im enjoying the strength gains and i obviously love to eat. My diet consist mainly of fried chicken, pasta, pork chops, steak, red potatoes, burgers, rice, salmon, oatmeal with butter, whole milk and cheeses. I eat ice cream at night and replaced water with sugary drinks, such as lemonade and fruit juice.

However, i feel like a big fatso. Even my gait has changed as i lumbar around. But...Id like to hit 235-240 by next month. I just finished a cycle of drol and my tren is around 500/wk. Test (various esters) is around 700.

Should i raise my test to a gram? 1500?

Would that help me achieve sumo status? Im using a 3,2,1 program and consuming 300 grams of carbs post workout. (6 days wk)

What should i do in order to gain an extra 10-15 in 30 days? Im open to suggestions, opinions, snide comments and various bro knowledge techniques.

I have IGF-lr3 on hand. Would adding another 1000 cals a day and abusing the IGF help me become the fatso i always wanted to be? I plan on cutting hard come oct.
 
You're lacking beans in your diet. Baked beans are the secret. Go for it, any kind of beans, but a lot of it.

Yep, fried are good but chili beans are the pinnacle of mass building protocol. They just burn a little on the way out. Try it, you'll be the biggest MOFO around. Guaranteed:winkfinger:

when you wake up;
1 pot of coffee and i large bottle of your favorite "bitch style" creamer

very late breakfast; (always let your GH levels stay elevated by not eating for as long as you can:)
2 liter Coke, 6 large banana nut muffins, 1 scoop favorite ice cream, topped with 1 large tablespoon lard.
no protein as that will only slow your progress down.

snack;
2 liter coke, 1/2 gallon of your favorite ice cream, 2 large cookies.
lunch;
2 liter coke, 6 hotdogs with chili/cheese, salad with 1 large bottle of Italian dressing, 6 blubbery muffins, 1 large tablespoon of lard.

snack;
2 liter coke, 1 family bag of Lays potato chips, eat it all:)
very late dinner;
2 liter coke, 6 jalapeno/cheese sausages, 16 oz pasta topped with 5 favorite cheese and 1 small cheesecake, 1 tablespoon lard.

follow this calorie plan for 30 days, for the ultimate desired look:winkfinger: your AAS can stay the same or you can add some more test if you're a hard gainer, good luck!
 
I think I remember reading you smoke cigarettes. If you do and can lay them bebe's down and quit, that would help you gain wieght easy. I smoked over 20 years and quit cold turkey. It wasn't that hard after 3-5 days past with no cigs, and O boy I really packed it on. Btw I was on a heavy cycle then also.
