Hi Guys, Im new 2 this site, so I'll give u um of my background info. I've been training bout 7 years . 2 1/2 seriously. I just finished my 1st cycle. 12 weeks of Sus 250 with Boldonone & d/bol tabs for the 1st 3 weeks. I took the Sus 1ml & Bold 1ml at a time twice a week for 12 weeks. I waited 2 1/2 weeks after my last pin then started a Clomid pct. The guy I bought it off says he sold me all I'll need (1 box.) The box only has 10 5mg tabs. He told me 2 take 1 a day till finished. But after some research I've discovered most peoplwe take 300 mgs Clomid day 1, then 100 mgs for 10 days, then 50 mgs for 10 days. Which is correct? Is mine enuf cause it was my 1st & only a mild cycle? Or will I need more Clomid? If so how much? I also have some Clenbeterole, some people say its anti-catabolic so it will help. Some say it will further reduce my gains. Whats right? BTW- I gained 12 kgs on my cycle & I look pretty good but alittle bloated. Plz help me. Noone seems to answer me. I would appreciate it heaps as I dont want 2 lose the gains I worked hard for.
 
PCT is usually run for a month not 10 days.
My PCT
Clomid
Day 1-2 Clomid 200mg
Day 3-7 100mg
Day 7-14 75mg
Day 14-21 50mg
Day 21-28 50mg

Next time do some research
 
Pretty standard pct: 100/75/50/50. That is 100mg/day for week 1, 75mg/day for week 2, etc.

Oh yah! Chill the fuck out! You shoulda had all this shit figured out a looooong time ago. Do blame us for not offering advice within one day when you've had a lifetime to figure this shit out and have failed to do so. Bitch at yourself.

Sorry guys, 4 real Im sory aye. Thanx 4 the advice. I thought I had done research, but I found out very late that the advice I was given was bogus. Atleast I'll know 4 next time.
 
I just want 2 let u guys know what happened 2 me. I got the cycle off this guy who has won comps. So I took his word 4 it, & everything was cool except when it came 2 the pct. Everybody but he said I'd need more. When I got it he said it was all u'll need. Why would he do that? Cause I know he knows better. Maybe he wants me 2 lose my gains so I go get more gear off him. How knows? What do u fellas think he did that 4? P.S- Mr Fantastico, what is the green zone? Sorry I'm a newbie.
 
Mate, you'll find most Aussies are pig ignorant about gears and especially pct - even 'experienced' juicers.

I think this guy just doesnt know shit about pct.
