if you can get thru the day wihtout snacking and just have one special day a week where you eat this stuff then great, but If u cant, then ther eis nothing wrong with it as long as it fits into your caloric budget...I think that popcorn is also high in carbs so make the necesary adjustments..for example I had a 200 calorie cake tonight after dinner, and since I had over 280g of protein today alread which i 1.5 times my LBM Im gona skim on the muscle milk tonight and save the calories that I consumed in the cake so no real harm was done.......
