I know you guys hate this subject(sorry
) But I was going to try doing an insulin spike after my workouts so I picked up some gatorade powder. But the first ingredient on the list is sucrose and dextrose is second, is sucrose OK for this?
Also-
should I drink it right after Im done working out?(at the gym)
Or when I get home?(10 mins later)
Before or after my whey shake?
I dont want to gain alot of fat but have heard its very beneficial to gaining muscle so I was going to drink like 25 grams of it or something because Im smaller. Any advice/opinions are appreciated.
