post your favorite muscle group and routine

my favorite triceps routine:
1- 3sets close grip declined bench press superset with cable pull downs
2- 3 sets of skull crushers performed as such: head leaning back almost outside the bench, elbows narrow pushed back above the face and hands going down to forehead and extending keeping them above forehead. Could be done on a declined bench
3- 2 sets triceps dips superset with reverse grip cable pull downs or cable pull up skull crusher style.
4 - 2 sets rope pull down

total time 20-30 mns

Chest. I do quite a bit of sets, but this combo kills it!

Flat Bench- 225x 20 reps immediately go to 215x20 reps on incline and drop and do 20 push ups immediately. Take about 1-1 1/2 minutes in between sets, then repeat 2-3 more times. It really shows you how far you can push yourself

sometimes i do the following for chest to really work it: after bench presses, i do dumbbell flies and as i get tired i switch it to dumbbell presses this way my chest gets worked out before my triceps starts getting tired.
 
its back for me

up to doing bent over rows with 275lbs for 10 clean reps feel like an absolute beast after
lat pull downs with the entire stack on the machine lol
 
I love back and legs

Back day rite now goes
3x10 bent over rows
3x10 t bar row
3x12 deadlifts
3x10 Romanian dead lift
4x10 squat
3x10 good mornings with bar bell

Leg day rite now is
3x15 squat
2x10 squat (both heavy to fail)
3x10 deadlifts heavy
3x10 leg press
3x15 leg extension
3x15 lying leg curl
3x10 sitting leg curl
3xfail calf raise with the smith machine
 
My fav is calves.

4 x 20 seated calve raises


and im done for the day.
