my favorite triceps routine:
1- 3sets close grip declined bench press superset with cable pull downs
2- 3 sets of skull crushers performed as such: head leaning back almost outside the bench, elbows narrow pushed back above the face and hands going down to forehead and extending keeping them above forehead. Could be done on a declined bench
3- 2 sets triceps dips superset with reverse grip cable pull downs or cable pull up skull crusher style.
4 - 2 sets rope pull down
total time 20-30 mns
