I'm going to take a stab at it and assume he's talking about supersetting..
I'm not familiar with workout expressions ,
so maybe this trick called "superset"![]()
i ment that between the sets of bench press for example i'm working on my legs , or forearms , or some other muscle that does'nt participate in the bench press muscle group.
Paint Shakers.
While I was remodeling my house, it came time to paint. So, I grabbed a gallon of paint and pressed the ends between my palms and began to shake it back and forth in a piston like fashion for as long as I could. Found this to be a great core body workout. I now use a dumbbell in place of the paint can for a workout. Try it.
