I'm on a calorie restriction diet and was wondering about taking some antioxidants. I take two different vitamins to make sure I'm still getting those in me, but I'm not sure about antioxidants. Is there a supplement that packs the most?

I'm taking vitamins, but is that the same? I just want to make sute that I'm covered.

vit E

Your dick will grow another 2", however you will eternally smell of cabbage :coffee:

Toco-8 and N-Acetyl-Cysteine will have you covered.

That would put me at 3.5" total, totally worth the cabbage smell, plus I only bang fat chicks so if someone could get me something to make me smell like a tub of ice cream or bacon, that might help as well.

go and stand over the vent at Burger King . . . .you'll be beating off those fat chicks with a shitty stick.

GICH!

NAC, VitC, Vitaberry, Toco-8

Never heard of Toco-8

Tocotrienol heavy Vitamin E product.

  • Complete vitamin E supplement contains all 8 isomers
  • Promote healthy hair growth and prevents hair loss
  • Clears plaque from artery walls for cardiovascular health
  • Increases testicular sensitivity for increased testosterone production
  • Raises HDL while reducing LDL cholesterol
Complete Vitamin E - Natural source of Tocotrienols for hair loss, cardiovascular health, and testosterone production

I take it primarily for the HDL/LDL benefit. It goes great with vegemite.

I'm impressed most with the HDL/LDL benefit, especially post cycle.

I'm still natty but my HDL was low at last physical. I'd be interested in getting bloodwork again.

Ah, yes I would be interested in seeing that blood work as well. I will be using Toco-8 on cycle soon, and I have a pretty extensive amount of blood work on previous cycles, so it will be nice to compare.

Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid and GliSODin

:coffee:

I hear a little bit here and there on SOD, what's your take on it Grubs?

If it is still available RPN had a anti-ox product called Noxidant and many said it was great. I have seen it around at a few places still and is very cheap.

VitC, Gamma Tocopherol, ALA, Quercetin, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium and more goodies. I still have a few sealed bottles myself, good through April, 2011. :ohyeah:

I read an article, I think it was by CP saying gliSODin, glutathione, and one other antioxidant (maybe pycnogenol) were the most important.

Resveratrol seems to be p4p all around best though.

ok, are you eating a low carb diet? meaning, are you limiting your pastas, breads, sugars, etc?
Once you have that covered, there's a select few supplements you should be taking to increase your insulin sensitivity and increase your antioxidant processing...
I can help give you a few ideas that are definitely beneficial....I've got 4 in mind...
