As part of my current bulking diet, my pre/post meals consist of: 2 cups grape juice, 1 cont. yogurt, and 2 cups of milk with 2 scoops whey. I chose these because I have a hard time eating alot, so I wanted as much liquids as possible..
This has helped to provide incredible gains, but the only problem is that this tears my stomach up very bad, even after over 2 months I have not adjusted to it..
Anyone else had any similiar problems ? Is there maybe anything I could take to help?
Also one more question, with this much liquids it puts me getting to the whey about 45min after w/o, is this ok as long as I drink the grape juice immeditaly after w/o for simple carbs?
