I have been bulking for a few months now and am preparing to cut up. I am currently 5'7 186lbs, I estimate I'm around 18% BF. I plan to start cutting by either 190lbs or May 1st, whichever comes first =]. I have been following the diet outlined in this post during my bulk. I am planning on cutting with the diet in this one. During my bulk I have been following the Max-OT program, modified to my own needs of course, divided into a 4 day split - M/T/Th/F.
Anyway, on to my questions.
First of all, should I continue to take creatine?
I was also planning on adding one more day (Wednesday) in the gym to do some cardio. I am trying to decide if I want to do HIIT cardio on that day or a more traditional 45 min lower intensity session.
Also I was wondering about supplements like Hydroxycut. Are these recommended?
