About an hour and a half to 2 hours before I'm usually having a high-carb protein shake, at least 80gm-100gm carbs and 50gm-80gm protein. Usually with a banana or something.
About 30 minutes before just some carbs.
That's when I'm "bulking."
When I'm thinning down its more like 25gm-50gm carbs and 50gm-80gm protein.
