be more specific, are you taking one shot? doing complete cycles? what are you eating? most people do not eat, train or cycle right

list your last cycle, training routine and macros for a real answer
 
People always say their diet/food intake is good, but it isn't if you ain't growing. Muscles have to come from somewhere, and they sure ain't coming out of a vial solo. Even if their gear was bunk, you'd gain off increased calories alone. Eating all day isn't fun, especially when your sitting there just shoving food down, not really enjoying it. When people say eat...EAT, EAT EAT!!!

food is all ways the issue hands down. I thought my diet was solid until I paid a legit nutritionist $$ to train me, well not train me but create all my programs and diet for me. He all most laughed went i broke my plan out and added a shit ton more food. I am averaging 1lb per day now with my new stuff.

Prob a good idea. I eat a lotta junk on bulks to get my cals in. I just gained 25lbs since August 1st. Kicked with dbol but not on it now. 1200 test and 700 npp. I've gained some strength but don't seem to have put that much muscle on. Clearly I'm holding water but not 25lbs worth. Prob cause I see myself every day. Still with all this money we spend and hard work we do a nutritionist is prob the best money that can be spent. I'm 269. It's not easy to get in the cals to grow.
 
Eat more calories. Pretty simple program. Eat more than you burn/use in a day and you will gain weight. Eat less and you lose weight.
 
I thought I was eating right myself until I went to fit day.com and found out I wasnt near what I should be consuming in one day.
I still need to work on my diet but it was a real eye opener for me.

Roaddkingg I have done the same and it is crazy when you put your daily intake into fitday and realize you're so far off from what you thought you were eating.

Yea the way I was eating I was never hungry between meals and to eat what it said seems incredible but the figures dont lie.LOL
I just need to do it.

Meal 1: whey protein 30g + 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 120g chicken breats + 1 cup rice + brocoli
Meal 3: same
Post workout: whey protein 30g
Meal 5: 120g steak + sweet potatoes + spinach
Meal 6: same
Meal 7: cottage cheese + cucumber
casein 30g before sleeping....
and the shit is not bunk... he tested it in a lab it is good, other took the same shit and they got freat results

the cycle is 8 weeks
week 1-8
tren a 75mg ed
test p 50mg ed

he is in the start in week 4 and no difference not even strength gains in the workout

I'd be shocked if he is even breaking 2000 calories...that is what skinny non athletic people eat to maintain their weight. 120 grams of steak is just over 4oz of meat. Nothing you mentioned here is dense in calories.
 
For the successful gainers here, do you feel like you're force-feeding yourselves? I guess I'd always assumed that effort (weight training, long distance marathons, etc) would lead to greater appetite and you could just feel your way to calorie completion. Heading over to fitday now...

I just started using fit day ( was using a different program prior) but my point is exactly what you said...if you don't track your intake in a manner like this it makes it hard to know your getting what you need.....especially for someone just starting out. Over time you can begin to know portions and the whole process of tracking becomes easier, but using one of this programs/apps is great source. They break down your protein,carbs,fats into percent in seconds, for a day week, month. Great great tool to utilize.

look dude...i know many and i mean many guys, and i am one of them who grow and progressed greatly on steroids with even a worse diet than this! so dont tell me it is his diet ok.! the guys body isnt accepting the steroids or something, there is something wrong!... he doesnt even gain strength in the gym or any tren sides! the tren is legit 100%, he even tried, deca, boldenone, primobolan before with no use...IT IS NOT THE DIET

the test was 102.9mg/ml

Is he doing cardio? That will rob size. Plus I think he should bump up the juice a bit more. Anyway as far as diet it is ALL based on the person. I mean if he has a fast metabolism then the food intake listed isn't enough...period. Bro it isn't rocket science.... for an engine to run....spark, fuel ,compression...... to get big eat big,lift big, rest big ...ooo and use some juice....LOL

I literally eat more than this while cutting. I'd lose strength on this on gear

post workout meal is 30g of whey with no carbs?

I would totally agree that you need to up the calories, but come on guys..... taking 525mg Tren and 350mg Test a week and no strength or sides at all is just fucked up. My first impression would be the shit is fake and the test is fake. That much Tren/Test and eating that much would still result in body fat loss, harding and strength after 4 weeks.

I ran 350/350 for 10 weeks at 2500 calories a day and got hard, cut and strong so everyone's body is different. But as you agreed, you would definitely be seeing something at that dose like getting leaner. But no Tren cough, sleeping issues or night sweats at 525mg a week. That is just weird.
 
Well i get insomnia within 2 days of injecting.

Never had a night sweat or tren cough. It's prob bunk gear. But to really gain size on tren u have to eat a ton every day. I can eat fast food 7 times a day and not gain weight. I'll recomp and get strong as fuck tho
 
If he's not gaining some kind of weight, he's not eating enough calories. If he's not even gaining strength then the tren is bunk or he's got the worst genetics known to man. Pretty simple, cals in>cals out = weight gain, no way around it.
