problems at uncle z?

I just wanted to update that I finally received my order. I am very glad that after posting on this forum and a few others that I was able to get this resolved. Even though it took like 4 months to get my order.
 
I hope it don't take me 4 months but it's looking that way.

I tried contacting you with my hushmail account with no luck. I changed the receiver info like you asked but I'm a little nervous since I seen the thread on here with the guy saying you asked him to do the same thing then he never got his order or money. It's going on 2 weeks and I should have my product but you havn't picked up the cash yet. I'm debating cancelling the order and going elsewhere.I've been patient but c'mon bro, respond please. This is my 1st order and was hoping it would go smooth.

Here I thought this board was to help newby's but I've noticed there's a lot of members that have some type of negative remarks. I'm trying to get involved at the same time I'm trying to follow the rules here. So instead of posting something that might violate TOS's I thought it would be best to post as needed. I originally emailed him from google mail but never heard from him so someone suggested opening at hushmail or something that is protected. I did that and he responded ASAP. But it's been over a week since his last response telling me to change the receiver's name and over 2 weeks since the order was placed. I don't mind being patient since things happen but no one has bothered to pick up my money for the order. Some members have no problem placing their order and receiving it in 7-10 days. That's what I was hoping for but this is what's happening instead. I'm def. not bashing Z,since he has a great rep on most of the boards I'm a member of,for the most part. I just would like to see that if there is a problem somewhere that the supplier respond to the questions and instead of other members responding with negativity try words of encouragement. Remember,you were new at 1 time too!

It is not designed as a board to commiserate and it is not for airing dirty laundry to the 1000's of members when there are private ways to handle your situation (PM.. and yes I know you do not have 20. Then run through and post so you can get to 20, e-mail, open a ticket on the site, etc.)

I understand your frustration but try and remember there has been 2 holidays since your order on the 21st, bad weather and obviously other factors. I would "encourage" you to work through the other channels before posting to the board.... and even if you are posting to the board about an issue all that needs to be said is "I need Z to PM me about a question?"

Just got to make sure to pay attention to detail, follow the instructions as stated, and should be no problems. Good people on here, make some friends and send PM's if needed. I would encourage you to get envolved bro... Z seems to have some pretty good support on here. A++ in my opinion.

If your referring to me then you are wrong bro...i wasnt being negative at all...you already had several posts so why now go and get involved in a few more threads and get to 20. You just went about it wrong. Anyway chill out...everyone on here is here to help....I think your ESTROGEN is a little high today.:roflmao:

Usually if something is to good to be true then it is but Z has a good rep on all the boards 4 the most part. Z is the man no worries sometimes mistakes happen(99% time not z fault)but he will make sure you get your stuff
 
Brothers,Thank you for the help. I got involved like suggested and got my 20 posts and PM'd him. As you said, every source hits a bump in the road every now and then and that's just what happened. Z cleared everything up for me and I'm sure things will be taken care of. I'll update as soon as the order clears.Thanks again...
 
i jus placed an order using the uncle for the first time and thud far he has always answered my emails fast and cleared up any questions i had still waiting on my pack but heard alot of good stuff about this guy being patient jus sucks
 
patient is the name of the game last thing you want to do is piss the guy off that is supplying your movies:pissed:
 
I know this thread is a few days old from the last post but i just want to say i recieved my stuff from z it took about 20 days just be patient. It may take longer or you may get it faster but the guy is definitely legit, this is the first time i used him and im glad it worked out so i want to put a good word out for the guy :clapping:

To whom it may concern: i have place two orders so far with Uncle Z. Both came through on or before the date promised. Communication has been top notch as well. Thanks Z!
 
I have used Z twice and my orders came through (dom). He responds quick to the emails i sent him. I doubt Z is trying to do any shady stuff to anyone. He has a legit operation. I'll be ordering again for sure. People just need to relax. Oh and if you use WU or MG make damn sure everything is filled out correctly, some of the people who work there like in the grocery stores( some have them inside) not the actual WU office tend to mess up a lot. All I got to say is much respect Z keep up the great service. :thumb:

My orders are 5 for 5 - both domestic and international are very good - vie even mix both in the same order and that also worked well. :)

There were some delays around the holidays when snow storms had delivery times delayed on a global scale - however my orders were fine - everything was on time :)

I've tried many items from Z and everything has been great - "without question."

At first I researched everything - but now whenever I see something I want I just order it.

Everything from the Z line has been awesome - and now I'm giving the new Euro-Pharmacies line a try :D

Once I dig into these bad boyz I'll post some detailed reviews.

i ordered Dom on monday, got email from Z next day confirming all is well and that i'll get it within the posted eta. i havnt even got my order yet, but the service is so nice and calming that id reccomend u go with Z's line too.
 
Z is solid, both int'l and dom. Delays happen sometimes. It's out of his control 99% of the time (like ontopthegame said). You'll get your stuff, if you have any issues the way to handle it is by contacting z through his site or by PM here. He will take care of you.
 
So My update came yesterday...all is good and received valid track info. I'm excited and patiently waiting. will update soon.

same here, order updated and got reply from Z too. awesome communication.
 
Z has definatly stepped up his customer service as he said a while back true man of his word

So i split duties and now i have more time to solve problems at boards

Also I got my team to learn English :) and to pay attention to what they write (spelling, gramma)

Ticket system on my web also start running smoothly

And we always try to answer to all emails (some customers don't know what is time difference here and in US and they complain on it :/)
