Protein Gas

Digestive enzyme capsules (a plant-based blend, I don't remember the brand off-hand) help, but don't eliminate the problem, for me. One to two per meal, especially when low-carbing.
 
charcoal tabs, papaya enzymes, ginger root, and/or digestive enzymes.
on that note-lots of green fiberous veggies to encourage healthy colon and water :)
 
I used to have that when I took DesignerWhey protein, but I switched to ON 100% that has digestive enzymes in it and I dont get bloated or gassy anymore.

switch to a higher quality whey that contains no lactose...like WPI
 
definitely higher quality. i used to use designerwhey myself and remember feeling very bloated/gassy. i switched over to the GNC brand 100% whey and saw a big difference.
