Looking at my turkey burgers and etc, I see that I'm about 200% USRDA sodium intake levels. I am trying to help a guy out getting some protein into his diet, and he has to watch sodium due to blood pressure. He's about 6'3" and 205, but high BP runs in the family.
Good sources of low sodium protein?
Tuna is about as high as everything else I eat, and he isn't a tuna lover anyway.
