Minimum 1 gram per body weight so at LEAST 177g- but if you are trying to gain weight you need to def. up that number as well as up your calories above maintainanace level.

At least 190g/lb - I would take in as much protein as your target LBM is at a minimum. Most likely up it to 225g or so and that should be sufficient, but at least 190g.

All The Whey

Not less than 290 gm will work , ideally you take a complete ratio of carbs and protein to gain weight.Any good lean gainer will work like ATW SUPER MASS 600 or optimum pro complex gainer.

Whoa, okay weight gain will happen when you eat more calories than you consume. The "usual" guidelines you'll see tossed around for protein and fat are to ensure at least a gram of protein per pound lean mass, and at least half a gram of fat per pound lean mass. Higher is fine, just don't go lower.

"Lean gainer" LMAO! It all comes down to calories and partitioning. If you eat more calories than you need, you gain. Do this while you lift weights regularly, and you gain some muscle. Eat too much more than you need, you'll gain too much fat while you add muscle - adjust your calories accordingly.

im going to take in about 200g or protein dayly. and i am taking in more calories then i burn off right now to try to gain weight. trying not to put on to much fat but i know that some fat will come with the weight gain
