I don't have a pushdown machine at my gym. Yes, that is quite the bummer. So, today I'm doing some supersets for arms, and I need to do reverse-grip pushdowns. Any suggestions on what I can substitue here? Thanks.

..oh, I'm using gopro's arm work out BTW

Yes, I do....But, how do I do a reverse-grip pulldown???

You mean Pushdown

It can be done with one hand and a handle or two hands and a sr8 or cambered bar

Simply turn your hands 'Palms' up,,,and it becomes a "reverse"......the hard part is most miss this contraction....you have to hyper extend your elbow in the down postion, turning your hand and wrist back as far as you can.....practice this standing.......as you hyper extend..you feel about 30% more contraction, then pull your hand back for and extra 10-20% :D

Use a straight bar for double arm or a handle for single arm. Palms up, elbows locked at your sides (no swinging from the shoulder joint) and extend your arms...similar to a kickback but standing and using cables.

I also use the lat machine when the cable crossovers are being used.
