PWO Meal problem

I am having oats and yogurt. Problem is if i eat this within 90 minutes of training about 15 minutes of my lifting session, Im yaking in the bathroom. Any ideas?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. There is clearly something that isn't agreeing with you or not getting digested quick enough by the time you workout. Try some other options pre-workout.

ok i'll clear it up....I wait 90 minutes than hit the gym....15 minutes into the workout....my stomach goes nuts....puking rally here we go...only thing that i have found that doesnt make me do this is a banana or an apple but that is not nearly enough PreWO....is it ?
 
if i didnt lift ....... i wouldnt puke.......
 
And what sups are you taking? Maybe some of these experienced guys could tell you if maybe some of your sups are blocking digestion or the like.

idk man. i have a very weak stomacha and throw up alot 3/4ths through my workout or after. actually today i threw up afterwards. i eat a protein shake whey and a little portion of whole wheat macaroni preworkout at least 60min before and dont have a problem most of the time.

Probably a reaction to the caffeine hit from the Redline. Over-excited CNS + food + lifting = yak.

Try leaving out the Redline Caps or half the dosage.
 
When do you take the Redline?
 
redline is taken right away when i get up at 4am and than 5 hours later so 9am....lifting takes place between 3-6 pm
 
Stop the redline. That stuff alone will make you sick. Myself, TP, Dante etc.. tried that and it make us all feel ill.
 
ok. Stimulant wise what would you suggest? I hate coffee refuse to drink it, but I do need some pick me up with getting up at 4 and working till 9 than having class from 10-6 2 days a week. Well the pick me up is only needed 2 days a week. Low carb engery drinks? Another stim?
 
Low carb energy drinks are fine. Or you can use Green Tea.
 
The green tea packets you can added to a 20oz waterbottle are those effective? Or would you suggest making the tea?

Rob sent me a bottle of Green Tea Extract with my last purchase, I don't know if he has it available for sale yet, but it's a perfect pick-me-up for me.
 
Don't get those packets. That's just garbage. make the tea or order some the extract from Rob.
