PWO meal question???

I make a whey protien shake with a banana after I lift weights BUT what about after I run.....should I treat my cardio workout like hitting the weights? Should I keep about the same amount of pro/carbs on a post run meal?

...we have a PRT comming up so I have been doing the steady pace type running these days....1.5-2.0 miles.....20min max.....

you could have a shake with simple sugars and whey protein or go the low GI route with some whey protein and oats, etc...

I always do two scoops of whey in two glasses of water and some oats after all my workouts. I just started the oats thing because Jodi advised me to.
 
today i just started a slight insulin spike pwo, i do 1.5 scoops of whey, 1 scoop of gatorade mix, 1/3 cup of cream of wheat and a banana
