is it okay to train your back and triceps a day after training chest and biceps?
example:
monday chest biceps
wednesday back and triceps

yes im still pretty sore after my chest and bicep day but I have seen strength increase but am curious on what everyones thoughts are.
 
Yes, you're fine.
 
Some like to group triceps on chest days and biceps on back days. You to a lot of work for triceps with all the chest movements, and the same for biceps on back days.
