I get up every morning at 6am, have my breakfast then I'm off to the gym around 7, and I start my workout around 7:30.
Here's the question:
Should I be having my breakfast before I workout? I lift weights and do some cardio just for warmup. I heard somewhere that it's better to just hit the gym first thing, THEN have breakfast later on. I know I could just have a small pre-workout snack, but it just doesn't make sense to me to go to the gym on an empty stomach.
What's the best thing?
