question about bulking

I want to get bigger, but I already have a considerable amount of fat on me (midsection), yet im still skinny.

If I bulk by eating more, wont I just get more fat? What should I do?

I ate alot (clean) for about a week and I could already tell I was adding fat on.

It dont see how people say they gain 20+ pounds on a bulk with only a few lbs in fat. It doesnt make sense. That means you gained above 15 lbs in muscle in a short bulking phase? I didnt think it was this easy. Doesn't your body store all the food it doesn't use as fat?
 
what kinds of foods are you eating ? and how long have you been weight training ?

to help increase your insulin sensitvity you need to follow a high fiber diet, keep the saturated animal fats low and get at least 5-6 hours of exercise a week.
 
I eat alot of tuna, eggs, and milk

I have been training for about 10 months.

If I already have a considerable amount of fat in my midsection, should I bulk? I want to get my muscles bigger but do not want to add fat... what do I do?
 
there is no right or wrong answer. it is a matter of personal preference. chances are, you are going to add some fat when bulking. there are ways to keep it to a minimum though. the fat has to come off at some point. just decide what you want to do first...cut or bulk.

i wont lie to you, that fat in your midsection is going to be a bitch to get off. just be disciplined and consistent and eventually it will start to disappear.
 
theres no way to just eat clean and lose fat while building muscle?
 
its not an easy thing to do. you need a caloric deficit to lose weight and a caloric surplus to build muscle typically. imo you are better off focusing on cutting or bulking. trying to do both at the same time usually ends up getting you no where. whatever you decide, give it 100% and you will succeed.
