I want to get bigger, but I already have a considerable amount of fat on me (midsection), yet im still skinny.
If I bulk by eating more, wont I just get more fat? What should I do?
I ate alot (clean) for about a week and I could already tell I was adding fat on.
It dont see how people say they gain 20+ pounds on a bulk with only a few lbs in fat. It doesnt make sense. That means you gained above 15 lbs in muscle in a short bulking phase? I didnt think it was this easy. Doesn't your body store all the food it doesn't use as fat?
