ATM I am trying to eat fairly high calories 3000-3500 per day to be bulking. However I am never really hungry until later at night (usually a few hours after my workout).
I am wondering if it is to eat say only 1000-1200 calories prior to 7:00 PM as long as I am getting something in my system every 3 hours? Then once 7 or 8 rolls around and my stomach roars is it alright for me to stuff another 2000-2500 calories in a 4 hour period before sleep? Even when I make myself eat more during the day I still get seriously hungry a few hours after my workout. So if I eat all day then listen to my stomach at night I would probably be putting in 4500 calories a day and I am not willing to put on THAT much fat during my bulk (I dont mind the slow bulk)
