Question regarding protein before bed

Hello,

I intend to start a cutting diet and was wondering if I should be taking protein right before bed, and also, what kind? I've looked around a lot and seen a wide variety of opinions on the matter and now I'm thoroughly confused :hmmm:
 
I recommend Cottage Cheese before bed. I normally take 200g about an hour before bed, and it sustains me through till the morning.

Cottage cheese makes some people :barf: , but there are lots of things you can mix it with to make it taste better if you don't like it!

Good luck with cutting - im doing it at the moment, its a real challenge! :thumb:
 
Cottage cheese is good, but there are blends out there that are superior. Iuse Dorians Pro Peptide.
 
cucumber and pepper is good with cottage chees.

I usually just have a scoop of whey with water..im not usually hungry until mid morning anyway
 
Any slow digesting protein would be good.
 
I usually have a meal with about 30 grams of protein two hours before bed then a glass of milk right before bed.
