I'm reading Rapid Fat Loss Book and Lyle says: Surprisingly and quite contrary to
common belief, at rest skeletal muscle doesn???t burn that many calories. The idea that
adding muscle mass will turn you into a calorie burning inferno is simply incorrect.
Is that true??
Then why do 'bigger' musclier people burn more calories??
I'm confused with this statement....
