Quick Cardio Question for Built

Hey Built, been using Fitday, and my diet so far over 1 week has had an average of 1700 calories, with 53% protein, 20% carbs, and 27% fat. I was just reading the "why daredevils are shredded", and "Lyle's Protocol number 1" mentions 45 or so mins of low to moderate cardio will help with fat loss if I have a diet with 20% or less carbs. Figured I may as well give it a go, just some questions:

How important is the Tyrosine before cardio, and how many times a week do you recommend I perform the cardio (I'm currently doing that 4-day split you gave Nkira). Is it better to do it on off days? Thanks Built.
 
No honey, that's for STUBBORN fat loss. Your fat ain't stubborn. Just diet it off, think about the stubborn fat cardio business later.

The four day will work a charm. Follow it with 20 minutes of any kind of moderate intensity cardio you can stand.

I don't do percentages - can you tell me the grams for your diet?
 
Hey Built, ok that's great to know because I really did not want to do that much cardio haha. According to fit day for 9 days (and I have been meticulously keeping track) my stats are:

Calories: 1663
Fat g: 47.1 g (27.1%)
Carb g: 71.9 g (17%)
Prot g: 205 g (53%)
Alcohol: 6 g (3%-b-day saturday)

I also had a free blood pressure test, I have a resting heart rate of 46, which is really good according to the Doc. Thanks Built, I'm really liking this 4-day split, it's fantastic.
