Hey Built, been using Fitday, and my diet so far over 1 week has had an average of 1700 calories, with 53% protein, 20% carbs, and 27% fat. I was just reading the "why daredevils are shredded", and "Lyle's Protocol number 1" mentions 45 or so mins of low to moderate cardio will help with fat loss if I have a diet with 20% or less carbs. Figured I may as well give it a go, just some questions:
How important is the Tyrosine before cardio, and how many times a week do you recommend I perform the cardio (I'm currently doing that 4-day split you gave Nkira). Is it better to do it on off days? Thanks Built.
