Hey guys quick question Ive been on this diet for a while now do you think it needs to be adjusted...its high protein low carbs

I've lost 60 pounds on it so far however now that I am near the end I am not sure if I should adjust it or not

I dropped from 210-155 Im getting pretty ripped right now but still have some fat around the belly and such. Im about 5'7 ...22 years old

Meal 1
-Cup of oatmeal
-Protein shake 1.5 scoops with water about 200 cals

Meal 2, 3, 4
-1 Chicken Breast with cut up cellary

Snacks in between
-Couple cut up cheese cubes
-A spoon or two of activia
-Small handful of almonds
-Or Ill put a scoop of natural peanut butter in my protein shake

I figure with the low calories I eat per day my little snacks shouldnt matter too much some days I dont snack at all, some days I snack more then others I never eat all of those as a snack thats just what I'd switch it up from day to day....

I cheat maybe about 1 meal a week I'll prob have a huge bowl of pasta or something.......I take a multivitamin, and creatine and fish oils as well everyday

**********Does this diet seem sound or do you think I am missing something that I should be getting?? Let me know thanks

Sometimes I'll have another protein shake in their too iuno I thought I had all my bases covered....low calories I am losing weight , I am getting ripped but I thought I might as well ask you guys so I am not wasting my time right now for the next 2 months or so

Good job on your current progress but for us to help you further we need to see what your daily intake looks like in terms of calories and macronutrients.

What are your average total calories, grams of fat, grams of protein, and grams of carbohydrates that you take in each day?
