I usually have a multi, 2 fish oil caps, oatmeal and either eggs or tuna with about 750 mL of water when I get up, but to add some variety would it be ok to substitute a bowl of raisin bran for the oatmeal? Raisin bran uses whole wheat flakes, and while there is some sugar coated on the raisins, hopefully it is negligable. Just thought it would be a nice variation. Any thoughts?
