Monday:
Chest
4-5 sets of reps
flat bench, incline, decline, dumbell press, dumbell fly, machine flys, pushupsx2, go threw everything again and go till failure
abs
aproxx time 2 hours
Tuesday: Tris, Shoulders
dont feel like typing everything
aproxx time 1 hour
abs 10 min only
Wednesday: Back and Bis i like mixing them toghether cause bis are involved in back, rows ect curls hammer curls u know the deal

Thursday: Legs
aprox time 1hr 10

friday: More chest for another hour

saterday: forearms and what ever other thing i feel like doing

SUnday: a little bit of everything

doing abs every day doesnt bother me, i switch on and off every other day i do resistance against machine abs and on the other days i do resistance against my own body weight
please dont flame cause i know most people only train body parts once a weak and u want everynoe else to be like you but it works for me
