Hey peeps looking for input. Been at this for a while and now days it affects my rbc and hct. Have to give blood like a lot of others to keep it in check and sometimes mid cycle. My question is; Is it negatively impacting my cycle when i donate /
500 mg test ew
4iu hgh ed

comments please,

what do your labs look like

rbc's & hct

rbc 5.7
hgb 17
hct 51
iron 17
this is where i stay with blood donations every 75 days. if i'm off cycle and just trt at 250 mg every 10 days i stay about this same range as well( high normal) if i blast and don't, well i think you know what happens. i never have checked actually right after to see if test drops so i really don't know if my cycle is impacted . my local buds say no??
anyway currently
500mg test ew
4iu ed hgh
will usually add in 250 tren ew and 2 more iu hgh
You think its hurting my cyle?
should i just try to donate on the front end and the rear? if i do a push the envelope on my labs at week 8 to 10
thanks man!

Some bros take a baby aspirin daily.

Are you worried about losing some of the androgens in your system when donating? I can assure you it will not make a noticeable difference. I donate mid cycle often. Your hct stays around 51 even with frequent donations? That's a bit on the high side. I like to keep mine between 45-48. Maybe consider donating double blood.

Yea, i was worried it might. I was thinking it wasn't enough to matter but wanted to hear it elsewhere. My local peeps are much younger and don't know squat . the lowest ever on hct was 48. It's a battle dude. Seems to be worse as i age? I guess it's frequent, every 70-80 days. Was dosing low 81mg aspirin for a while, then kinda stopped,no real reason. I know that aspirin doesn't really change any levels, they let the rbc's glide against each other a little better.never really changed my labs. Maybe i still should take with hct's like they are?
Will give the double reds a try. I don't know of any gear that's easier on rbc's but i do know an ol' favorite (Eq) runs um through the roof.

Guys i really prechate the input, my real concern was i might be hurting my cycle by donating. Glad to know, good to go. Feel free to continue to comment guys as i believe you can never know to much, no matter what our age!

stillatit. Your levels are at the high end of normal but nothing terrible. How much blood are you donating each time? I have the same problem and I typically run a little higher than you. Hydration plays a huge role for myself. I usually donate 2-3 times a year when running cycles but as of late I haven't been running much more than trt so my levels are staying consistent. I know guys that run 5 times as much as gear as myself and consistently come in lower on the HCT and RBC than myself. It is frustrating sometimes but it is what it is. I have noticed mine fluctuates a lot. Sometimes I am good for a months and other times it jumps up quick in a shorter period. I take a baby aspirin everyday and I also take a custom fresh hawthorne berry Tincture daily. The HCT and RBC are definitely something to keep an eye on just like Blood Pressure because they can be silent killers. It would be a good idea to see how far you come down after a donation.

I do 1 whole unit. I believe i will try a double red cell donation and check it a week out. Your right, it sux but its what it is.

Bro,

Like others have said, donate more frequently, try a baby aspirin per day and make certain that your drinking at least 1 gal of water per day. In your case, I would strive for more. Water consumption is vital.

Right on man. i had been thinking i could raise my hydration a little. i can say honestly, i'v not been as diligent with it.

:winkfinger: update on rbc's
did a double red cell this time, first time for that. got my labs today. BEST ITS EVER BEEN !!
RBC 4.5
HCT 45
HGB 15
this is 2 weeks out.i also have been more diligent about hydration.

Right on man. Good job. Keep the water intake steady.

I had some bloods done about a month ago. RBC was a tad high, hct was fine. However, my iron levels were about half of where they should be. As it turns out, each time I donated( self phlebotomy) I lost 200 mg iron. I now supplement iron every day and reduced all androgens to trt levels until bloods come back more favorable

just fyi

^ Be very careful taking the iron. It can cause you to get too much and aggravate the problem. Most men run a little high on iron naturally due to the types of diet we follow (more red meat than women) but like you said if you are donating frequently you may require some iron. Carverelli just be careful and keep an eye on your iron levels.

@ Stillatit Looking good! Keep an eye on it.

Yea, been down that road once.fortunately my diet is always iron rich( red meat greens etc). what does work for me over the years is, 1 and one only, iron supplement the night after donation to just keep it from crashing out. i generally run upper normal on iron labs though.
like the man said, too much aint good either.
good luck bro.

My pleasure bro.. We are in this together.
