Hey everyone
so im getting ready for a show in june and i decided to do the keto. Its been a week since i started. At first i gained 5lbs. Then I lost it again. So im basically back to square one regarding weight. I am back to 135lbs female 5'1". I train with weights 6 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. Im taking 10mg var everyday, 1 diablo 5 thermogenic, glutamine, multivitamin, and scivation xtend. I dont want to mess with insulin or whatever. I just need advice or suggestions on how i can lose fat a little faster. Maybe if i stick to ground beef and eggs all day everyday for 2 weeks?? Theres soo much info on keto but Im hoping you all can help me on this. Im cutting from my very first bulk and i need to admit it wasnt a clean well thoight out one either.. Lesson learned.
