I have just started working out a couple months ago and I have noticed the line in my biceps is gone and my biceps are starting to take shape of somewhat a ball form... But when I flex its not all solid and I do not know if im doing things right..
Curl 24lbs - warmup 1 set 10 reps
Curl 34lbs - 1 set 10 reps
Curl 40lbs - 1 set 10 reps
then I do
Curl 24lbs - warmup 1 set 10 reps
Curl 34lbs - 1 set 10 reps
all of this using the ez-curl bar standing up.
Then I use barbelles and I use the 20lb one and do 1 set on each hand of 10 reps and then I do 25lbs for 6 reps each hand.
Please tell me if im doing good enough for biceps.
