Hey bros, when training for size and strength (as well as being on cycle), what is recommended as far as rest between sets?

i think you two misinterpreted my post.....i wasnt asking about rest in between workouts, but rather rest time in between each set DURING a workout
i just wait until i feel my heart rate start to go down a little from the exercise, maybe a min or 2 for some things maybe 3-5 for others.
