I just finished a 12 week priming program which included a restricted low to fat free meal plan. Now it is time to include healthy fats back in to my diet. This is important because fats plan an important roll in Hormone Production. When ever eating I always avoid Trans fats. Trans fats are like plastic to to body, completely foreign. Here is some information that should get you off the ground.

I agree avoid the bad fats but why follow a low to zero fat diet? Fats are essential gotta have them. A lot of negative effects come with that and if done for too long can have some lasting side effects.
 
Lowfat diets suck. So does spam.
