Right elbow hurts from using computer too long?

Has anybody else had this? It's a weird feeling. Whenever I use my mouse, I get a twinge across my forearm from my elbow. Think I pinched a nerve or something. Anybody else have this? How do you make it go away?It usually happens when I use my laptop all day.

Get a different desk or place for your computer or raise/lower your forearm to stress your arm from a different angle. I'm guessing it's a repetitive injury or irritation which will heal with rest. Good luck.
