Anyone else suddenly have a hole appear in their hand or foot? What causes it? How do i get rid of it? Everytime i step down i feel like i irritate it and open it. Its painful but bearable as long as i dont put too much weight on it. It isnt bleeding. Could it of been the 10% salycyclic acid callus pad that i left onfor too long?
