I've read a lot of talk about the necessity of rotating steroids in order to promote continued growth in a long-term cycle. Apparently, it's supposed to help avoid stagnation when it comes to gains... though the idea seems a bit silly to me.
So i am making this thread to receive input from others. I am aware of the myostatin increase that the roll it plays in slowing down gains, but is rotating gear compounds an effective method of circumventing this?
would anyone say that rotating compounds is more effective than simply upping the dose of what one is currently taking?
