On my fourth month of lifting, Had good gains and felt good about rountine. Trainer switched up routine to higher reps and lighter weight for approx a month. Its not what im used to and dont see the gains like I did first few months. Doing cardio in the morning and weights in PM. I don't like the program at this point . I'm ready to gat back to the heavy weights and actually feel like I did something. What do you guys think.
